Eligibility for NIFT Entrance Exam:

• The +2 level examination in the 10+2 pattern of examination of any recognized Central/ State Board of Secondary Examination such as Central Board of Secondary Education, new Delhi & council for Indian School of certificate Examination, New Delhi.
• General Certificate Education (GCE) Examination (London/ Cambridge/ Sri Lanka) at the Advanced (A) level.
• Any Public School/Board /University Examination in India or in foreign countries recognized by the Association of Indian Universities as equivalent to 10+2 system.
• As pass grade in the Senior Secondary School Examination conducted by the National open School with a minimum of five subjects.
• 3 or 4-Years diploma recognized by AICTE or a State Board of Technical Education.

As above (with Physics, Chemistry & Maths at 10+2 level) or diploma in Engineering.

Master Programmes offered by NIFT

1. M.F.Tech Design Space

Eligibilty for MFTech in NIFT: Graduation from a recognized University in any design discipline Fashion/Textiles/Accessories/Graphics/Communication) or B.A. (Fine Arts)/B.Sc (Textiles & Clothing) / B.Tech (Textiles) or Design Diploma form NIFT/NID only.

2. Fashion Management

Eligibilty for Fashion Management in NIFT: Graduate or equivalent in any discipline recognized by the Association of Indian Universities or diploma in Accessory/Fashion Design/FIT from NIFT only.

3. Apparel Production

Eligibilty for Apparel Production in NIFT: B.E./B.Tech (Textiles/ Apparel / Mechanical / Industrial / Production / Electronics / Computer Science/Information Technology) or B.F.Tech. (Apparel Production) form NIFT only.

NIFT Entrance Exam Important Instructions:

1. Students appearing for their qualifying examination can also apply.

2. NIFT reserves the right to cancel any of the Examination Centres. Written examination of foreign students will be held at Indian Embassy/Mission of the respective country.

3. Candidates are advised to refer to NIFT website www.niftindia.com for detailed information.

4. The Prospectus can be obtained by hand form selected branches of AXIS BANK across the country on payment of Rs. 250/- (the list of selected branches is available on NIFT website). Prospectus can also be obtained by hand for Rs. 250/- or by post on payment or Rs. 350/- by way of demand draft in favour of NIFT payable at New Delhi form the following NIFT Campuses. The filled-n Application form along with the examination fee of 1,000/- (in case of general category) and Rs. 500/- (in case of SC/ST /PhP) may be sent to
